Welcome to AuxiPlay. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AuxiPlay web application and services. By creating an account or using AuxiPlay, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What AuxiPlay Does

AuxiPlay allows:

• Drivers to create music sessions
• Passengers to join via QR code
• Users to add songs to a shared queue

AuxiPlay does not stream music directly. Playback is powered by third-party services such as Spotify.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use AuxiPlay. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian. You agree that all information you provide is accurate.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it. We may suspend or terminate accounts at any time if these Terms are violated.

5. Driver & Passenger Responsibilities

Drivers:

• Must use AuxiPlay safely and legally
• Must not interact with the app while driving unsafely

Passengers:

• May add songs to the queue
• Must not submit harmful or inappropriate content

6. Spotify & Third-Party Services

AuxiPlay integrates with services like Spotify. You must follow their terms. AuxiPlay is not responsible for playback issues, account problems, or service interruptions caused by third parties.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Abuse or exploit the system
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the service
• Upload illegal or harmful content

8. Content Responsibility

You are responsible for any content you add. AuxiPlay does not control or verify user-submitted content and may remove content at any time.

9. Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, or stop the service at any time without notice. We are not responsible for outages or interruptions.

10. No Warranty

AuxiPlay is provided "as is" without guarantees of functionality, reliability, or availability.

11. Limitation of Liability

AuxiPlay is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or issues caused by third-party services.

16. Disputes, Arbitration & Limitation of Liability

By using AuxiPlay, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court.

• You waive your right to a trial by jury
• You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit
• All claims must be brought individually

Before initiating any claim, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the issue informally.

Limitation of Liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AuxiPlay and its owners, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits.

In no event shall the total liability of AuxiPlay for any claims arising out of or related to the use of the Service exceed $100 USD.

Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using AuxiPlay.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
